Job Details
Our client is undergoing an exciting expansion and currently has a vacancy for a Branch Supervisor in Langley Mill. This will initially involve a period of training within the Sutton branch and you must have the facility to travel between both locations.
To be considered for this vacancy you MUST have supervisory experience in the commercial banking sector.
JOB PURPOSE
To create a compelling environment for the agency to deliver quality lead generation and service performance
SERVICE
Creates an environment where colleagues want to work and customers feel valued and want to do business.
Ensures all marketing is up to date and compliant.
SALES
Monitors sales results and takes pro-active action to generate required level of leads to achieve goals.
Completes daily coaching to improve lead generation performance in the agency.
Advocates doing business the right way and ensures all leads and sales are compliant.
Reviews and plans resources to meet business and customer demands.
RISK
Takes responsibility for the operation and validation of risk within the agency.
Regularly liaises with the Area Manager to update on key issues and agree action plans.
Committed to delivering results in a compliant way.
Ensures that personal, customer and agency security is paramount and reports any concerns appropriately.
THE PERSON
Takes ownership of personal development as well as the rest of the agency team.
Develops and maintains relationships with key colleagues such as Area Manager, other Supervisors.
Is a strong advocate for the Agency, products and services to all customers.
Willing to share ideas, successes and problems to promote an open and honest relationship within your team and with other Supervisors.
Actively strives to make continuous improvements in performance.
Shows persistence and determination in driving towards individual and team goals.
Shows flexibility in getting involved in a variety of jobs to develop themselves further and support the team in achieving its goals.
SKILLS ? KNOWLEDGE
Be able to communicate at all levels.
Manage the agency on a day to day basis often leading by example.

This is a great opportunity to join a market leader. The successful candidate can expect to earn up to 18k with profit related bonus. The hours of work are Mon- Sun between the hours of 8am ? 8pm
